This'll be short, because I've had a frustrating evening trying to transfer pictures from my camera to the computer and to the internet. Ugh. I think I'm too old for this.

No spending today. I worked out at the gym. I'm wrestling with the idea of buying a new coat. I have nothing but a casual parka for winter and I sometimes need something for dressy occasions. Just hate to spend that money, so I'm ruminating.

Meals today:

Breakfast: Cranberry Muffin (free at work), coffee
Snack: Potato chips
Lunch: Activia yogurt, cake
Snack: apple
Dinner: Honey Nut Cheerios and milk
Snack: Cashew Sweet & Salty bar
