Breakfast: 2 Nutri-grain bars, coffee
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato, dill pickle, water
Snack: Soft-serve ice cream
Dinner: Macaroni & cheese, yogurt, water
