It was a no-spend day, AND I found a penny in my jacket pocket!
I went to the gym, and it's definitely becoming easier to go through the whole routine. I can feel the strength and toning in my legs and arms.
I was able to give my (very excited) son two football tickets that a friend of mine won't be able to use -- a $90 value! (No value to me, I hate football!)
It's been one of those good days....
Meals today:
Breakfast: Toast & Jelly, Milk
Snack: Yogurt, potato chips
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (Sesame chicken & noodles), orange
Snack: M&M's
Dinner: Lean Cuisine (cheese ravioli), broccoli, milk
