My other DIL is also having a birthday this month, so I got on HER Amazon list and picked out a couple of things which totaled $68. This morning I see that one order will be delayed. I am more than a week ahead so it may still arrive on time. I will get in touch with her on her actual birthday to see if both items have arrived. This brings variables to 21%.

I always forget that June brings two important birthdays and I never feel quite prepared. Most of the birthdays in my family are clustered in the fall.

Speaking of Amazon, that toilet paper I ordered back in April is now scheduled to arrive this Thursday. This has been delayed so often I am not holding out much hope, but I am currently well-stocked with toilet paper and not anxious about it.

Yesterday I didn't feel up to par after a restless night, so I didn't get much done. I did finish up cleaning my bedroom, and today it's back to the kitchen again. However, I have several loads of laundry to do today, so I might not get to room-cleaning at all.
