A frugal day

Who was it that said that frugality makes your life uneventful? So true!

Today I went to work, making sure to buckle up, because they're monitoring seat belts today. I took leftovers for lunch, and drank water from the fountain. I walked to the gym after work, did my weight training, and walked back to the car (picking up rocks along the way).

I came home and fed the beasts, ate some yogurt and toast, washed the dishes. Planning to read this evening and maybe do some mending.

Oh...how...dull.

    Ahem...don't you mean you make sure to buckle up EVERYDAY, not just when they are checking seatbelts??? Wink Safety first!
    I prefer to call frugality "comfortable" rather than boring!

    Because frugal days are packed full of ideas for the wanna-hopeta-be's. Keep on blogging the un-wow and ordinary. With all the guests, you never know when someone will glean something useful!!

    (Not to mention you can look back at your archives and see how well you did, boring or otherwise Wink )

    Routine is the frugal person's best friend. A few more of those and you'll be able to afford excitement. Smile

    I KNEW I was gonna get it for the buckling up comment! What I meant to say is, I usually do buckle up, but sometimes I forget when I'm not really tracking in the morning. Yesterday I was extra mindful to buckle up because I knew I might get a ticket!

    Not really complaining about my boring day. Boring is better than so many things! Thanks for your comments.
