I took part in a focus group on campus vending today. I got a free continental breakfast -- unfortunately, I had already eaten, having forgotten about the event -- but I ate again anyway. It will be a challenge to stay under my calorie limit today!
And I also received a $15 coupon for the cafe. It's just a paper coupon, so it looks like I will have to spend it all at once to get the full value. That might be a bit of a challenge, as meals there are not that expensive!
I had a $10 gift card for Kohl's so I went and bought -- more baby clothes! AAaagghhh! I spent $6 out of pocket and got two pairs of pants and a shirt. This will complete a nice package of clothes to mail to my granddaughter in Florida. Her parents are still recovering financially, so I know that new clothes for her to grow into will be very welcome. It's a small way to help without stepping on their pride.

It's lightweight and easy to keep one compressed in a handbag for cafe or restaurant foods.
