Ground Transportation

Just committed $85 to ground transportation to and from O'Hare. So expensive. I'll have to tip the drivers, too. And that was with a promo discount!

But at least that chore is done. I used my BOA travel card, so I'll get some kind of cash back on it.

I spent $17 on gas yesterday.

I haven't started packing yet, but it should be fairly easy. My summery clothes are ready to go.

Winter weather advisory tonight. I hope travel tomorrow will not be impacted.

I earned $4.96 in promotional savings yesterday -- three free MyMixx items at Jewel -- so I added that to snowflakes.

    Curious- what transportation company are you using? I’ll be needing to get to and from Ihare for a cruise in May. I think we can do a transfer from a metro line but our flight is super early so we may need to just get a car.

    Traveling is truly an expense when you add all those other things like shuttles and tips. Hope you have a great time! Hope the weather isn't too bad for you.

    Jackie, I am using GO! Airport Shuttle. I have used them in the past and found them reliable. They supposedly specialize in shared riding, but I have never yet ended up sharing the van with anyone else.
