Where is Everybody?

I've been noticing it for a while. All the regular bloggers seem to be dropping away. I miss you guys! Where are you? I hope this is a temporary lapse.

Another day, another mystery shop. That was yesterday. Today I get a day off, and then tomorrow one more.

I made another sale on eBay. I accepted an offer that was $15 below my asking price, so I only earned $10 after fees and shipping. But $10 is better than nothing.

I ordered some shampoo on Amazon yesterday. $36 for 24 oz. It's Paul Mitchell for Platinum Blondes. I only use it once a week, but I need it to keep my hair from yellowing. 24 oz. should last me a good long time.

I also ordered a small Christmas gift. It was free, because I used an Amazon gift card.

And I ran another load of laundry because my cat coughed up a hairball on his quilt.

Variables are at 41%, and I have 3 1/2 weeks to go.

    Everyone is busy, having some total year from hell, or having blog issues. I think that sums it up pretty well.

    Agree...with Monkey Mama. Our year has been a whirlwind with high school graduation, sending child to college and now moving. Hard to stay focused on writing about finances! And the site is definitely more frustrating.

    Even the forums have dropped off significantly since the new site. I have lost more blog posts then I have posted. I did copy some in case but just get frustrated and give up when I had multiple disappearances of my posts.
    On a brighter note I want you to know I find your blog very inspiring.

    Just an FYI...Ulta will have a sale on high end large shampoo and conditioner bottles in January. I bought my two huge bottles of Paul Mitchell in January for $19.99 each. I'm not really even half way through the bottles. They're the size the salons use. They ran the sale in July so I bought a bottle each to keep in my stock pile. Haven't had a need to tape into it yet. Keep an eye out for the sale!

    I agree! Even though the new site is frustrating and I've been too busy to post much, I still check in pretty regularly to see what everyone is up to. I hope our little community hangs in there; it's one of the best groups of people on the internet!
