Little Chair

I finished painting the little chair and I am so pleased with how it turned out! The color is great, especially considering I mixed about 8 little bottles together and was just going on faith that it would be a pretty color.

There is a big crack that I couldn't fix without wood filler, so I will have to do that when I can get out again and buy some. Or perhaps I can order some.

My Oregon son sent pictures of his new AirBNB house. He could have backed out of that deal, because of the pandemic, but he decided to go ahead. He won't be able to rent it for a while, but he is looking at the long view. The house is fully furnished and decorated and it's really cute.

I'm still working on papers. I got down to two bags (terrible, I know!) but then I found more in drawer. Yikes! Are they multiplying? Once I get this done, I will never let it happen again. The up side of this pandemic is that I finally have the time to tackle projects like this and no excuse not to do it.

    Whenever I get rid of my paper shredding I always vow to never let it happen again. I hope you will be right, I never am. Ha Ha

    I remember having to do that with so many papers and we kept finding more boxes. Now I have one trash container that I put all my shred stuff in and when it gets full I sit down and do it. I don't let it get over that one container. It's still takes about an hour with breaks to keep the thing from overheating, but it is never allowed to get overwhelming.
