My belated birthday party at the park yesterday was fun, but I also got very tired. I don't know why since I was just sitting. I think maybe I was tensing up a lot when the conversation turned serious. (Nothing bad, but stressful.)
My kids gave me a set of sheets, and my ex gave me another check. This one was $271. He says this is what he does for other family members -- $200 plus age. It makes me a little uneasy, but I can't deny that I need the boost.
When I went to bed (early) my leg muscles hurt, and I couldn't settle down. I feel like I never fell fully asleep, but I did sleep because I had terrible nightmares -- fear-for-my-life kind of nightmares! I am recovering today. There is a baseball game in a few hours -- I hope I am feeling up to it. The ball park is 45 minutes away.
The lamp arrived, and it was easy to assemble. I'm including a picture. I also got the shower basket, which went up easily, and I'm hoping it will stayed affixed. I'm not supposed to use the shower for at least 12 hours, so I'll just take a sink bath this morning.
