Walgreens Spending

My son needed a ride from the auto shop yesterday. While I was out, I went to Walgreens and spent $21 -- $6 on groceries (nuts and candy), $12 on cosmetics (brow pencil), and $3 on a get-well card. Variables are at 49%. The candy was for a fund-raiser to support teachers.

My monthly total for groceries is $33. I'm really working that pantry and freezer!

Otherwise, everything is on autopilot. Tomorrow is pay day. The bill payments will flow out. All is well!

    Wow! $33 spent on groceries for a whole month is impressive. It seems like you eat pretty well too. When you share what is on your menu, it always sounds tasty.

    It's only half the month! I'm doing a running tally, because of the grocery challenge.
