My granddaughter's birthday is coming up, so I picked out some things from her Amazon list and they will be sent to Oregon soon. After using discounts, the cost was $40. I wish I could be there to hug her instead, but that is not possible now.
Yesterday evening I went to my ex's house, along with my son's family, and we watched the speech of the president-elect and toasted with champagne. A very fun evening with loved ones, and, I hope, the beginning of a better tomorrow.
