No surprises. The car repair is new tires & an oil change. The bigger entertainment cost is my ancestry.com subscription. The clothing includes a new coat. My grocery bill continues to be awesome!

    Your rent is very close to what i pay for my mortgage and property taxes combined, $1150 a month. You should buy that house.

    Thanks PS. If I buy now, I will have a long commute on very crowded roads. I don't want to buy here, where I am working, but only for a few more years. It's a dilemma.
