Well, I never got around to posting today till now (almost bedtime)! There isn't much to report. I got another $17 refund from my insurance company. I didn't spend anything. I got my Panera gift card in the mail yesterday, and today I was going to go stock up on bread and bagels, but since I slept very poorly last night -- only 4 hours, according to my Fitbit -- I decided not to drive. I've just been hanging around home, reading and watching TV, doing a few chores. I've seen two good movies in the last two days -- "Trumbo" on Netflix, and "Knives Out" on Prime Video.

I was treated with another surprise encounter with my son's family yesterday, as I was out walking and they were walking home from the newly-reopened frozen yogurt shop. We kept our social distance, and talked for a little while. DIL was excited to be working on creating a virtual Juneteenth celebration for the city. Her little event-planning business has really reconfigured itself successfully to adapt to the new normal; it is so nice to see.

Tomorrow I'll go make that Panera run, and I also plan to take a couple of bags to Goodwill, which has recently reopened. Hope I sleep well tonight.
